Designing trust into AI care. We created the foundation for Xtend Health, the operating system for precision medicine.
Xtend Health turns scattered labs, wearables, and notes into care plans clinicians and patients can act on. We led the brand and product design that proved out the AI Care Plan Generator and gave the product a face people could trust.
We designed the full loop, from a provider generating a plan to a patient accepting it and tracking progress, with a warm onboarding, custom illustrations, and a new brand and logo. The result brought Xtend Health to market with a product that clinicians and patients could use from day one.
