We are a design-first agency known for flawless visuals and premium digital experiences. We aren’t looking for a “coder” who just translates tickets into lines of text; we need a Creative Engineer. You will be the bridge between our high-fidelity designs and functional, high-performance applications. You should be someone who treats Node.js as your backbone, React as your canvas, and AI as your superpower.

• Craft code from start to production: Delivering state-of-the-art digital applications.
• Build APIs: Architect robust, scalable backends using Node.js that power seamless user experiences.
• Develop Premium Web & Mobile Apps: Translate complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect React Native applications with smooth animations and intuitive UX.
• Bridge Design & Code: Work closely with our design team to ensure that “attention to detail” isn’t lost in translation. If a transition is 10ms off, you’re the person who notices.
• Leverage AI for Speed: You don’t just use ChatGPT; you integrate tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and internal LLM workflows to automate boilerplate code and focus on high-level architecture and UI details.
• Own the Lifecycle: From initial schema design to (ideally) managing deployments and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps).

• Backend: Deep expertise in Node.js (TypeScript preferred), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Mobile/Frontend: Deep knowledge of React/Next.js and and React Native. You should have a portfolio that proves your eye for UI/UX.
• AI-Native Workflow: You are using AI-assisted coding without compromising code quality. You stay ahead of the curve on new tools and agents.
• Infrastructure (The Plus): Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and automated deployment workflows.

• The Detail Obsessive: You care about kerning, micro-interactions, and consistent spacing.
• The Pragmatic Architect: You know when to build custom and when to use a library to hit a deadline.
• The Continuous Learner: You likely spent your weekend playing with a new framework or AI agent.
• The Communicator: You can explain technical constraints to designers and design goals to stakeholders.

We value flexibility and remote work while also enjoying in-person collaboration at our Stockholm office 1-5 times per week. Remote work is possible if you are in a similar time-zone to Stockholm.
